BRAZILIAN - Espresso lovers know these beans since they offer a very rich crema and wonderful floral aroma hints along with an aroma of vanilla & almond plus sweet chocolate, cinnamon and even a slight hint of strawberry. Perfect for espresso or drip coffee makers.
JUNE
GUATEMALAN - Known for having a full body and a rich chocolate/cocoa flavor, plus a toffee-like sweetness. Guatemalan coffees are true Central American coffees.
JULY
BOLIVIAN – These beans come from the renowned growing area in Bolivia known as Carnavi in the Andes Mountains. The coffee is shade grown and harvested at just the right moment.
AUGUST
COSTA RICAN - These beans are from the Tarrazu coffee region of Costa Rica, and beans are AAA or better. Cheap store-bought coffee is often grade AA or less. There's a dramatic difference in flavor, try some yourself and see.
SEPTEMBER
LAOS - The main coffee growing region in Laos is the high elevation Bolaven Plateau, which has volcanic red earth soils in which the coffee plants thrive.
OCTOBER
CAMEROONIAN – This coffee has a rich, full body and mellow taste featuring a very pleasant aroma.
NOVEMBER (subject to change)
BURUNDIAN - This coffee has a delicate flavor with a rich body and acidity, it is also known to have sweet berry tastes floral notes and berry-like aromas.
DECEMBER (subject to change)
NICARAGUAN – Nicaraguan coffee has a medium to smooth body and a mild yet distinct acidity. It can have rich yet subtle flavors and a balanced sweetness followed with a nutty bouquet with hints of vanilla.
JANUARY
RWANDAN – This coffee, often compared with Kenyan coffee, is delicate tasting with a pleasant, sweet, caramel-like aroma and hints of citrus such as lemon & orange.
FEBRUARY
INDIAN – These beans are sweet with a medium-to-full body, medium acidity, and have a rich yet subtle flavor. About 80% of Indian coffee comes from Karnataka.
MARCH
HONDURAN - Custom coffee from Honduras, roasted and ground exactly how you want it.
APRIL
COLUMBIAN – This coffee features flavor of vanilla and chocolate together with a fruity taste and a sweet floral aroma. This 100% Arabica coffee has a citrus lemon acidity. Like many premium Colombian coffees, you will enjoy the sweet buttery aftertaste. This coffee keeps its flavor very well as it cools.
